About the Role
We're seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines used to manufacture precision components. This position is ideal for a machinist who understands machine setup and operation, not someone who simply loads parts and presses start.
What You'll Do:

- Operate CNC mills to produce precision-machined components
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments

- Follow all safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For:
- CNC mill experience with setup and operation responsibilities
- Ability to independently start up, set up, and run machines
- Strong blueprint reading and machining skills
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Knowledge of CNC troubleshooting and machine maintenance
- Experience with castings is highly preferred
- Technical or trade school training is a plus
- 5+ years of CNC milling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Steel-toe boots required
Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a hands-on machinist who can confidently set up and operate CNC mills with minimal supervision, troubleshoot issues independently, and consistently produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're more than a machine operator and have true setup and machining experience, we'd love to hear from you.
